What is the warranty on Herman Miller products?

How do I know if my chair is authentic?
All authentic Herman Miller products feature a label or certificate of authenticity. For seating, look for a sticker under the seat or frame that includes the model number and manufacture date.
Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for larger furniture items. This includes inside delivery to your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home office seating?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that a return shipping fee may apply.
Are the chairs shipped fully assembled?
Many of our iconic task chairs, such as the Aeron and Embody, are shipped fully assembled and ready for immediate use. Smaller items or desks may require minor assembly.
